Should your commission involve sex or sexual themes, this is my take on them.

I reserve the right to cancel or deny a commission at any time for any reason.

Terms

I use the term "character" to refer to a fictional personality, or a representation of someone or something in the real world.
I use the term "sexualize" to refer to depicting someone or something (fictional or non-fictional) as:
- Sexually appealing or sensual, typically through seductive posing, clothing, environment, and props;
- Depicted in the act of sex, intercourse, or masturbation.

I consider an "adult" to be someone whose age is 18-years and older.
I consider a "minor" to be someone whose age is 15-years and younger.
- The age of 16 and 17 is a gray area. For the sake of this content, my default is to consider this age range as a "minor."
I use the term "children" to refer to individuals who have not yet undergone puberty (sexual implementation), which I consider around 12-years, at the earliest, and younger.

I use the term "hateful" to define negative behavior at or against another person/people out of anger, spite, or disrespect - typically based on another reason, such as race, religious beliefs, gender, appearance, nationality, heritage, conflicting opinions, etc.

If the character you want to sexualize is based on a non-fictional person (such as a friend of yours, streamer, Vtuber, influencer, etc), I reserve the right to postpone the commission in order to receive confirmation that this/these individual(s) have consented to being sexualized or drawn.

Your commission may follow the above terms, but your behavior can contradict that.
These behaviors will not only ensure a cancellation/denial of the commission, but may also lead to assertive action on the artist's part to authorities:
- Unsolicited (unasked for) pictures of body parts, of your body or someone else's.
- Stalking
- Threats
- Verbal or emotional manipulation
- Consistent requests or demands for sex, whether in-person, virtually/online, or through artwork. Especially after I've denied this request(s) more than once.
- Mentions or hinting of the client currently or previously partaking in human trafficking.

If the request makes me, the artist, too uncomfortable to work on, I will:
1. Attempt to negotiate a sexualization that I am more comfortable with whilst keeping to your vision.
2. If the negotiated version is unsatisfactory or unwanted, the commission will be cancelled, as I cannot service your request.

Sexualize minors, of any gender, race , ethnicity, religious belief, etc, in any way.
- If the character(s) you want to sexualize look like minors, I reserve the right to deny/cancel your commission.
Depict brutalization, abuse, or rape of any character(s).
Sacrilegious depictions or defiling of any religion.
Hateful interactions of or between characters.
- I reserve the right to use this term at my discretion if I feel your requests falls under a definition I have not defined here.

There can be more than one character in each commission; however, additional characters will incur additional cost.
Character(s) may be any combination of these:
- Humanoid
- Anthropomorphic ("furry")
- Animal
- Creature / Monster / Beast
- Mythical / Magical Creature
- Cyborg
- > Mechanical and Robotic characters are a weakness of mine, so I may not be able to offer you full service, depending on request. I will discuss with you.
Any or all characters depicted may be shown in one or more sexual acts.
- Bodily fluids, functions, and parts associated with sex and reproduction may be depicted at the client's discretion.
Character(s) may have multiple genitalia of any gender.
Most fetishes accepted.
- I lack knowledge of more than a handful, so it will be a learning experience for me as to what I am comfortable with and what I am not. I will keep you informed.
